Support programme for scientists and other researchers' capacities development

This programme provides support for doctoral studies' development, attracting young researchers from abroad, developing databases and e-infrastructres, increasing the internationalisation of Lithuanian research. Among other activities, the measure supports the capacities of R&D commercialisation among researchers, knolwedge and technology transfer skills development, as well as marketing training among researchers. The measure supports the training-related mobility costs for researcher, training services, preparation of training methodologies. The measure was designed by the Ministry of Education and Science and it is managed by the European Social Fund Agency.
